Service Description

Do you have ideas on a future renovation, a new dream home or simply want some building drawings. We can come meet with you to go through your ideas, create mock ups and simple sketches to help provide you with a budget price. If this works with in your desired budget range, we can then take it to the PPA 'Preparation Plans Agreement' Stage, where we can get professional construction drawings produced, engineering etc which will be yours to keep and use a builder of your choice. Note - Should further changes be required at a later date, additional fees will be applicable for any changes and amendments once the design is signed off and accepted.
