- The Chittering Residence -

This modern country home is constructed with exposed concrete tilt panels, hardigrove clad timber framework and traditional cavity brickwork.
This provides the build with some cost and time efficiencies over more traditional building methods, whilst offering improvements for BAL required ratings.
This home boosts 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom, positioned to take advantage of its natural elevation to capture picturesque views of the valley, whilst providing a timeless modern design with some raw natural finished building elements visual seen externally and internally of the building.
Approximately 290m2 of living area, excluding garage and alfresco areas.

- The Dianella Extension & Renovation -
An additional bedroom and ensuite was added to the existing property as part of the extension. The existing home had modifications to the existing kitchen, rear living areas to better flow out through the new stacker doors to the new raked open end gable alfresco entertaining area.
The property also had some modifications to the existing roof to accommodate these changes and was completed off with removal of the old fretting roof tiles and upgraded to colorbond roofing, new gutters, fascia and downpipes.
The owner completed the ensuite, bathroom and kitchen fitout works after handover of our works.

- The Seville Grove Renovation -
RGE Construction were engage to bring to life the clients provided drawings to create an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Requiring structural modifications to the tiled roof framework, ceilings to enable the existing internal structural walls to be removed to achieve this.
We were also engaged for further works for the kitchen joinery, flooring, ensuite and laundry renovations, along with fresh repaint to the complete interior of the home.

- The Duncraig Extension -
We were engaged as a contractor to undertake the structural works to construct the new extension to the rear of the existing dwelling. This added two additional bedrooms and included modifying the existing laundry and WC to accommodate the changes.
The extension was constructed with aconcrete slab on ground with concrete piles along the sewer line, formed up slab edge, timber stud framework with cement hardiplank weatherboards and tiled roof tiles to best match the existing.
All internal finishes by owner.

- Connolly Renovation -
Bathroom and Laundry Renovation
Remodel the previous laundry to the bathroom and bathroom to the laundry room, as the laundry room provides more space for freestanding bath and walk-in shower recess.
- The Kinglsey Renovation -
RGE were tasked to open up the original confined kitchen and dining room, requiring vast amounts of structural modifications to the existing roof structure to accommodate removal of the load bearing walls that removed.
We created a new open plan kitchen layout, with a stunning new kitchen, new ceilings and cornices to thhe complete open plan area and also created a large walk-in pantry and modified other rooms around the home to accommodate the clients growing family needs.
- The Mt Helena New Build -
Our client has approched us to construct their own custom designed family home in Mount Helena.
They wanted to complete earthworks, site power and water and work with a builder to complete the structure works.
So, we have been engaged to construct the property to lockup stage only, with the owners completing all the remaining internal and external finishes.
