- The Chittering Residence -

This modern country home is constructed with exposed concrete tilt panels, hardigrove clad timber framework and traditional cavity brickwork.
This provides the build with some cost and time efficiencies over more traditional building methods, whilst offering improvements for BAL required ratings.

 This home boosts 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom, positioned to take advantage of its natural elevation to capture picturesque views of the valley, whilst providing a timeless modern design with some raw natural finished building elements visual seen externally and internally of the building.

​

Approximately 290m2 of living area, excluding garage and alfresco areas.

- Dianella Extension & Renovation -

An additional bedroom and ensuite was added to the existing property as part of the extension. The existing home had modifications to the existing kitchen, rear living areas to better flow out through the new stacker doors to the new raked open end gable alfresco entertaining area.

The property also had some modifications to the existing roof to accommodate these changes and was completed off with removal of the old fretting roof tiles and upgraded to colorbond roofing, new gutters, fascia and downpipes.

​

The owner completed the ensuite, bathroom and kitchen fitout works after handover of our works.

- Seville Grove Renovations -

RGE Construction were engage to bring to life the clients provided drawings to create an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Requiring structural modifications to the tiled roof framework, ceilings to enable the existing internal structural walls to be removed to achieve this.

We were also engaged for further works for the kitchen joinery, flooring, ensuite and laundry renovations, along with fresh repaint to the complete interior of the home.

- Duncraig Extension -

We are engaged as a contractor to undertake the structural works for the extension work to add two additional bedrooms and modifying the existing laundry and WC to accommodate the changes.

​

Constructed from concrete slab on ground, timber stud framework with cement hardiplank weatherboards and tiled roof tiles.

​

Internal finishes by owner.
