- The Chittering Residence -
Construction due to commence June 2024
It will be built from a mixture of different construction methods, the external walls will consist of concrete tilt panels, clad timber framework and traditional cavity brickwork.
This 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom country home is being constructed to take advantage of its natural elevated block, whilst providing a timeless modern design with some raw natural finished building elements visual externally and internally.

- Building Repair and Tiling Works to First Floor Ensuite -
Start June 2024, Completion Due July 2024
Repairs to first floor bathroom, as the existing bathroom had structural damage to the flooring due to poor workmanship from the original construction. We have removed damaged areas of the floor, reinstated the tile board, new wall linings, water proofing and tiling works.

- Bathroom & Laundry Conversion / Renovation -
Start July 2024, Completion Due Sep 2024
Remodel Conversion of existing laundry to bathroom and bathroom to laundry.
This has provided our client a larger, square room for the bathroom, which they can have a large freestanding bath and a walk-in shower, whilst providing a linear laundry with minimal wasted space.
